Made by people who quote jobs, design roofs, chase distributors and lodge STC claims, because that is where the problems are, and because we have to use it on Monday.
Today: a tool for every step, and the cost is in the gaps between them.
One record, from first call to final invoice.
Follow a single job the old way. A lead comes in overnight and sits until someone sees it. The address is copied into a design tool, and the system is typed again into a quote. The quote goes out as a PDF, and nobody knows whether it was opened.
When it’s signed, the same details are keyed into a trader’s portal for the STCs, a spreadsheet for the state rebate, and an invoice. Weeks later the customer rings to ask where their job is up to, and the answer takes four tabs and a phone call.
We ran jobs like that inside our own solar business, one after another. So we built what we wanted instead: one record that starts with the enquiry and follows the job all the way through. Nothing is typed twice, and whoever picks the job up sees all of it.
It ran our jobs before anyone else’s. Every rule in it comes from a job that went slower than it should have.
An Australian team that also runs solar jobs through it. That is why the product knows what a deeming year is, what a DNSP will refuse, and why the CER sends a claim back — those aren't features someone specified, they're days we lost.
Yes, and not as a setting. STC deeming and zone ratings, the battery certificate tiers, state rebate programs, CER-ready claim files and the trader connectors are the core of the product, not a regional add-on. A generic CRM cannot bolt those on, and an overseas design tool has no reason to.
No. SiRe only runs when you ask her to, and only the specific details a task needs are sent to an AI provider under contract. That data is not used to train generalised AI models. We also don't sell your data or advertise against it.
The full commitment is in our privacy policy.
Three links, no login and no app. A proposal they can read on a phone and sign online; a progress page that shows where their job is up to, with the documents you choose to share and nothing you don't; and a welcome pack after switch-on with their system, warranties and who to call.
All of it carries your logo, not ours — they bought from you.
No. Job packs, site plans and evidence capture open from a link — no login, no app, no seat. You pay for the people in the office. This is deliberate: charging per installer would make you ration the tool exactly where the photos and serials come from.
Yes — customers, leads and signed proposals, with equipment specs and contract PDFs. Imported records land in their own stage and are labelled with where they came from, so they never quietly mix into your live pipeline.
It stays yours. Ask and we delete it — the process is on our data deletion page. There is no exit fee.
No — design is one screen of it. A design tool hands you a PDF and stops; here the roof you draw becomes the quote, the quote becomes the job, the job becomes the STC claim, and the system stays on your screen for years after switch-on.
If you run residential jobs end to end, the handoffs between tools are the expensive part, and that is the part we remove.
She does the job rather than describing it. Ask her to swap the panels on a finished layout and every array re-dimensions in place with the strings re-checked; ask her to price a quote to a figure and the whole chain — rebates, GST, payback — is re-solved through the editor's own maths, not a second calculation that could disagree.
Nothing is saved, sent or priced without your tap, and one tap undoes anything she does.
We update them centrally and your quoting is right the next morning — the STC deeming steps, the battery certificate tiers, the state programs and their eligibility all live in one library that the whole product prices from. You don't chase a spreadsheet and you don't wait for a release.
Seven days, with up to three roof designs. We ask for a card at signup to keep spam accounts out; you're not charged during the trial and cancelling before it ends costs nothing. See pricing.
Put a real lead through: design the roof, send the proposal, watch it come back signed.
